1.In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

2.Dip each beef strip into the beaten eggs, then coat it in the seasoned flour mixture.

3.Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

4.Fry the coated beef strips until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
