1.In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, half of the chopped onion, half of the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

3.Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the remaining chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
