Ingredients
In this Slovak adaptation of Tandoori Chicken, we have made a few modifications to suit the Slovak cuisine. The traditional Indian spices have been replaced with a combination of Slovak herbs and spices, such as paprika, garlic, and caraway seeds. The yogurt-based marinade remains the same, as it helps to tenderize the chicken and infuse it with flavor. The grilling technique is also retained, as it adds a smoky element to the dish. Overall, this Slovak-style Grilled Chicken maintains the essence of the original Tandoori Chicken while incorporating the unique flavors of Slovak cuisine.
