Ingredients
In the Aromanian adaptation of the Bouillie Tart, we incorporate the unique flavors and ingredients of Aromanian cuisine. While the Canadian version of the tart uses traditional Canadian ingredients, such as maple syrup, the Aromanian version focuses on the simplicity and richness of the bouillie itself. The Aromanian Bouillie Tart highlights the creamy texture of the semolina and the subtle sweetness of the vanilla, allowing these flavors to shine through. We alse have the original recipe for Tarte à la bouillie, so you can check it out.
