Preparation

1.In a pot of boiling water, blanch the pork blood for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, drain, and let it cool.

2.Cut the pork blood into small cubes and set aside.

3.In a separate pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced ginger and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

4.Add the sliced pork meat and cook until browned.

5.In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper, and five-spice powder. Pour the mixture into the pot with the pork meat.

6.Add the pork blood cubes and stir gently to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
