1.In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped Bhutanese red chilies, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, and salt.

2.Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3.Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
