1.Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.

2.In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

3.Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the mixture has thickened, stirring occasionally.

4.In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground cardamom together.

5.Slowly pour the egg mixture into the rice mixture, stirring continuously to prevent the eggs from scrambling.
