2.In a large saucepan, combine the rice, whole milk, coconut milk, pineapple juice, passion fruit juice, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

3.Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

4.Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30-40 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the mixture has thickened, stirring occasionally.

5.Remove from heat and let the pudding cool slightly.
