1.In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, shrimp, Bruneian spice blend, minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Take a wonton wrapper and place a teaspoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half to form a triangle. Press the edges firmly to seal the wonton. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

3.In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the wontons and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until they float to the surface and are cooked through.

4.Ladle the soup into bowls, garnish with sliced spring onions and cilantro leaves.
