Preparation

1.Rinse the adzuki beans and soak them in water overnight. Drain the beans and cook them in fresh water until tender.

3.In a saucepan, combine the adzuki bean paste, sugar, agar agar powder, vanilla extract, and Welsh honey. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes glossy.
