Ingredients
In this Tibetan adaptation of Alheira, we incorporate the unique flavors of Tibetan cuisine by adding traditional spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric. 1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced meat, soaked bread, minced garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Shape the mixture into sausages, about 10cm (4 inches) long and 2cm (0.8 inches) thick.

3.Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the sausages until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.

4.Remove the sausages from the pan and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

5.Serve the Tibetan-style Alheira hot with steamed rice or Tibetan bread.
