Ingredients
In this Thai adaptation of Ancas de rana al ajillo, the Spanish dish of frog legs cooked in garlic sauce, we infuse the frog legs with the bold flavors of Thai cuisine. Instead of using a garlic-based sauce, we marinate the frog legs in a fragrant blend of Thai spices, such as lemongrass, galangal, and chili. The cooking technique is also modified to stir-frying, which adds a delightful char and enhances the flavors. We alse have the original recipe for Ancas de rana al ajillo, so you can check it out.
