1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a large skillet, cook the minced beef over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent.

3.Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares or circles, depending on your preference.

4.Place a spoonful of the beef filling onto each pastry square or circle. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges by pressing them together with a fork.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the Sadza reaches a thick and smooth consistency. Add salt to taste.

7.Serve the Arikanchan pastries with a generous portion of Sadza on the side.
