Treat your ingredients with care...
- Beef — For the most tender results, slice the beef against the grain. This will help break down the muscle fibers and ensure a more tender bite.
- Wide rice noodles — To prevent the noodles from sticking together, rinse them with cold water after cooking and toss them with a little oil.
Tips & Tricks
- To add extra heat, you can include sliced red chili peppers or a drizzle of chili oil.
- For a vegetarian version, substitute the beef with tofu or mushrooms.
- Customize the vegetables according to your preference. Snow peas, bok choy, or broccoli can be great additions.
- If you prefer a saucier dish, you can double the amount of sauce ingredients.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
