  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
  • 50 grams (1.8 oz) Chinese mushrooms, soaked and sliced
  • 4 lotus leaves, soaked in water
  • Salt, to taste
  • Soy sauce, for brushing
  • Vegetable oil, for brushing

Preparation
