Treat your ingredients with care...
- Lamb — For a more tender and flavorful soup, choose boneless lamb shoulder or leg. Trim any excess fat before cubing the meat.
- Paprika — Opt for a high-quality sweet paprika to enhance the flavors of the soup.
- Lemon juice — Squeeze fresh lemon juice for the best taste. Adjust the amount according to your preference for tanginess.
Tips & Tricks
- To add an extra layer of flavor, you can brown the lamb cubes in batches before proceeding with the recipe.
- If you prefer a thicker soup, you can add more rice or reduce the amount of water.
- Feel free to customize the vegetables according to your preference. You can add bell peppers or zucchini for additional variety.
- Serve the soup with a side of crusty bread to soak up the delicious broth.
