Ingredients
While the original Korean Bibimbap traditionally includes ingredients like gochujang (Korean chili paste) and kimchi, our Brazilian-style Bibimbap incorporates Brazilian ingredients and flavors. We substitute gochujang with a zesty chimichurri sauce and add a tropical twist with the inclusion of fresh mango. This adaptation brings a unique Brazilian touch to the beloved Bibimbap. We alse have the original recipe for Bibimbap, so you can check it out.
