Preparation

    In a bowl, combine the turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mustard seeds, salt, red chili powder, garlic powder, and ginger powder.

    Add the thinly sliced beef to the bowl and mix well, ensuring that the spices coat the meat evenly.
