Treat your ingredients with care...
- Beef sirloin — For the best results, choose a tender cut of beef like sirloin and slice it thinly against the grain to ensure tenderness.
- Fresh herbs — Feel free to experiment with different herbs like Thai basil, cilantro, and mint to enhance the flavors of the dish.
Tips & Tricks
- To add a smoky flavor, you can cook the beef on a charcoal grill instead of a hot plate.
- If you prefer a spicier dipping sauce, add more minced chili or serve it with sriracha on the side.
- Customize your rolls by adding thinly sliced cucumber, carrot, or pickled daikon radish alongside the beef and herbs.
Serving advice
Serve the sizzling beef with a side of steamed jasmine rice or vermicelli noodles for a complete meal.
