Treat your ingredients with care...
- Beef — For a tender and juicy result, make sure to slice the beef against the grain. This will help to break down the muscle fibers and ensure a more tender texture.
- Palatine spice blend — If you can't find a pre-made Palatine spice blend, you can create your own by combining equal parts ground black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and dried thyme.
Tips & Tricks
- For an extra kick of heat, add a few slices of fresh chili pepper to the stir-fry.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, you can mix 1 teaspoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and add it to the stir-fry during the last minute of cooking.
- Feel free to customize the vegetable selection based on your preferences. Broccoli, snap peas, or mushrooms would also work well in this dish.
- To save time, you can marinate the beef overnight in the refrigerator for even more flavor.
