1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until they turn golden brown.

2.Add the bockwurst sausages to the pot and cook until they are lightly browned on all sides. Remove the sausages from the pot and set them aside.
