Ingredients
While the original Bollito misto is a traditional Italian dish consisting of boiled meats, the Oceanic Seafood Boil takes inspiration from the bountiful seafood found in Oceanic cuisine. The flavors are influenced by the tropical ingredients commonly used in Oceanic cooking, such as coconut milk, lemongrass, and ginger. This adaptation replaces the meats with a variety of fresh seafood, creating a vibrant and flavorful dish that celebrates the ocean.
