Ingredients
In this Catalan adaptation of Bukkumi, we incorporate Catalan ingredients and flavors to give the dish a unique twist. The traditional Korean rice cakes are cooked in a tomato-based sauce, which adds a tangy and slightly sweet taste to the dish. Preparation

1.Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
