Ingredients

While traditional Peruvian ceviche is typically made with raw fish marinated in citrus juices, our fast food version takes a shortcut by using pre-cooked seafood. This adaptation allows for a quicker preparation time without compromising on taste. Additionally, we incorporate familiar fast food flavors to make it more appealing to those seeking a convenient and satisfying meal. We alse have the original recipe for Ceviche, so you can check it out.

Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Shrimp — Ensure the shrimp is fully cooked before adding it to the ceviche. If using frozen shrimp, thaw it completely and pat dry with paper towels.
  • White fish fillets — Use any firm white fish such as cod, tilapia, or halibut. Make sure the fish is cooked and diced into bite-sized pieces.

Tips & Tricks

  • For an extra kick of heat, add a few dashes of hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper to the marinade.
  • Serve the ceviche with tortilla chips or crispy French fries for a fast food twist.
  • Customize the toppings by adding diced avocado, jalapenos, or shredded lettuce.
  • If you prefer a milder flavor, reduce the amount of hot sauce or omit it altogether.
  • Make sure to use fresh citrus juices for the best flavor.
