In this Bahraini adaptation of Chạo Tôm, we incorporate traditional Bahraini spices such as cumin, coriander, and turmeric to infuse the shrimp with a unique flavor profile. 1.In a bowl, combine the vegetable oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
