Preparation

1.Flatten the chicken breasts by placing them between two sheets of plastic wrap and pounding gently with a meat mallet or rolling pin.

2.Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

3.Place 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese on each chicken breast.

4.Roll up the chicken breasts tightly, securing them with toothpicks if needed.

5.Dredge each chicken roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.

6.Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat.

7.Fry the chicken rolls until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
