Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

2.Flatten the seitan cutlets with a meat mallet until they are about 1/4 inch thick.

3.Place a slice of vegan cheese and a slice of vegan ham on each seitan cutlet.

4.Roll up the cutlets, securing them with toothpicks if needed.

5.In separate bowls, prepare the flour, plant-based milk, and breadcrumbs.

6.Add nutritional yeast, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the breadcrumbs, mixing well.

7.Dip each seitan roll into the flour, then the plant-based milk, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.

9.Cook the seitan rolls until golden brown on all sides, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
