Ingredients
In this Extremaduran adaptation of Čurke, we replace some of the traditional Serbian ingredients with those commonly found in Extremaduran cuisine. Instead of using Serbian sausages, we use chorizo, which adds a smoky and spicy flavor to the stew. Additionally, we incorporate Extremaduran paprika, known for its deep red color and intense flavor, to enhance the taste profile of the dish. We alse have the original recipe for Čurke, so you can check it out.
