1.Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the eggs simmer for 9 minutes.

2.Remove the eggs from the heat and transfer them to a bowl of ice water. Let them cool for 5 minutes.

3.Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl.

4.Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. Add mayonnaise, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
