In this adaptation, we have transformed the Spanish Ensalada de manzanas con Murcia al vino into a Mordovian-style dish. While the original recipe features Spanish ingredients and flavors, we have incorporated elements of Mordovian cuisine to create a unique fusion. The use of Murcia al vino cheese remains, but it is now marinated in wine to infuse it with Mordovian flavors. The dressing has also been adjusted to suit the Mordovian taste preferences. 1.In a bowl, combine the cubed Murcia al vino cheese and red wine. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
