1.In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.

2.Add the yogurt and water to the dry ingredients. Mix well to form a smooth batter.

3.Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai over medium heat.

4.Take a ladleful of the batter and carefully drop it into the hot oil, shaping it into a round disc.

5.Fry the Fallue until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
