Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Slice the ficelle baguettes lengthwise, without cutting all the way through.

3.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

4.Add the sliced andouille sausage and cook until browned.

5.Add the shrimp, bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
