Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Coconut milk — Shake the can of coconut milk well before using to ensure the cream and liquid are well combined.
  • Arborio rice — Rinse the rice thoroughly to remove excess starch and achieve a creamier texture in the pudding.
  • Pineapple — Use fresh pineapple for the best flavor. Make sure to dice it into small, bite-sized pieces.

Tips & Tricks

  • For an extra tropical touch, you can add a splash of rum to the pudding while it's cooking.
  • If you prefer a sweeter pudding, you can increase the amount of sugar according to your taste.
  • To enhance the coconut flavor, you can sprinkle some toasted coconut flakes on top of the pudding before serving.
  • If you don't have Arborio rice, you can substitute it with short-grain rice for a similar creamy texture.
  • Feel free to experiment with other tropical fruits like mango or passion fruit as toppings for the pudding.
