1.Preheat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180°C (350°F).

3.Gradually whisk in the cold club soda until a smooth batter forms.

4.Dip each fish fillet into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, and carefully place it into the hot oil. Fry the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove the fish from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

6.Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 190°C (375°F). Fry the yuca fries until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
