Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Mangoes — Choose ripe mangoes that are slightly soft to the touch. The sweetness of the mangoes will greatly enhance the flavor of the Fruttone.
  • Pineapple — Look for a pineapple with a fragrant aroma and golden color. To prepare the pineapple, remove the tough outer skin and core before dicing.
  • Papaya — Select a papaya that is slightly soft and has a vibrant orange color. Remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh before dicing.

Tips & Tricks

  • For an extra burst of flavor, you can add a splash of rum or a sprinkle of coconut flakes to the Fruttone.
  • If you prefer a sweeter Fruttone, you can drizzle some honey over the fruits before adding the citrus syrup.
  • Feel free to experiment with different combinations of tropical fruits to create your own unique Fruttone recipe.
  • Serve the Fruttone in chilled glasses or bowls to keep it refreshing.
  • To make the Fruttone ahead of time, prepare the fruits and citrus syrup separately. Combine them just before serving to maintain the freshness of the fruits.
