2.Add breadcrumbs, cornstarch, cilantro, parsley, chives, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

3.Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.

4.Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
