1.In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped shrimp, shredded cabbage, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3.Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper in half, creating a half-moon shape, and pinch the edges to seal.
