Preparation

1.Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2.Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, and sliced red chili. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

3.Add the shrimp paste, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and palm sugar to the wok. Stir well to combine the flavors.

4.Add the sliced chicken breast to the wok and cook until it is no longer pink.

5.Add the shrimp to the wok and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.

6.Toss in the cooked soba noodles and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

7.Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro.

8.Serve the Chinese Indonesian-style soba noodles hot with lime wedges on the side.
