Treat your ingredients with care...
- Prawns — Make sure to devein the prawns properly before cooking to remove any grit or sand.
- Squid — To prevent the squid from becoming tough, cook it quickly over high heat or simmer it gently for a longer time until tender.
- Fish — Use a firm white fish like snapper or grouper for best results. Cut the fish into small pieces to ensure even cooking.
Tips & Tricks
- For an extra spicy kick, add more chili paste or fresh chilies according to your preference.
- If you prefer a milder flavor, reduce the amount of chili paste or omit it altogether.
- Feel free to add other seafood such as clams or mussels to enhance the variety of flavors.
- Serve the noodles with a squeeze of lime for a tangy twist.
- To make it more filling, add some blanched vegetables like bok choy or bean sprouts to the dish.
