Ingredients
In this Chinese Islamic adaptation of the Icelandic hot dog, we incorporate Chinese Islamic spices and flavors to create a unique twist. The original Icelandic hot dog is typically served with ketchup, mustard, remoulade, raw onions, and crispy fried onions. However, in this Chinese Islamic version, we replace the traditional toppings with Chinese Islamic-inspired condiments such as chili oil, garlic sauce, pickled vegetables, and cilantro. The hot dog itself is infused with Chinese Islamic spices, adding a rich and aromatic element to the dish. We alse have the original recipe for Icelandic Hot Dog, so you can check it out.
