Preparation

1.Heat a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat and add ghee.

2.Once the ghee melts, add the wheat flour and roast it on low heat until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.

3.In a separate saucepan, heat water and jaggery together until the jaggery dissolves completely.

4.Slowly pour the jaggery-water mixture into the roasted wheat flour while continuously stirring to avoid lumps.

5.Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.

6.Add cardamom powder and mix well.

7.Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

8.Garnish with chopped nuts and serve warm.
