1.In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the long beans for 2 minutes. Remove and rinse with cold water.

2.In a blender or food processor, combine the roasted peanuts, garlic, red chili peppers, tamarind paste, palm sugar, salt, and water. Blend until smooth to make the peanut sauce.

3.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers, bean sprouts, shredded cabbage, blanched long beans, and cherry tomatoes.
