Treat your ingredients with care...
- Beef — For tender and juicy beef, slice it against the grain. This will help to break down the muscle fibers and result in a more tender texture.
- Noodles — Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, but make sure to slightly undercook them as they will continue to cook when stir-fried with the beef and vegetables.
Tips & Tricks
- For an extra kick of heat, add a pinch of chili flakes or a sliced chili pepper to the stir-fry.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or carrots to the dish for added flavor and nutrition.
- If you prefer a saucier stir-fry, you can double the amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce in the recipe.
- To make the dish more authentic, serve it with a side of Kazakh-style pickles or fermented vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
