Ingredients
In this Vietnamese adaptation of Diples, we incorporate the flavors and ingredients commonly found in Vietnamese cuisine. Instead of using traditional Greek spices, we infuse the syrup with the vibrant flavors of lime, which adds a refreshing and tangy twist to the dish. Additionally, we replace the traditional Greek honey with Vietnamese honey, which has a distinct floral aroma and a slightly different flavor profile. These adaptations give the dish a unique Vietnamese touch while still maintaining the essence of the original Diples. We alse have the original recipe for Diples, so you can check it out.
