Ingredients
The Taoist Kroket differs from the original Dutch Kroket in several ways. Firstly, the filling of the Taoist Kroket incorporates tofu and mushrooms, adding a Taoist twist to the traditional mashed potato filling. Additionally, the Taoist Kroket is coated in a light breadcrumb crust instead of the traditional flour, egg, and breadcrumb coating. These adaptations make the Taoist Kroket suitable for the Taoist diet, which emphasizes plant-based ingredients and simplicity. We alse have the original recipe for Kroket, so you can check it out.
