Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions and sauté until translucent.

3.Add the mashed potatoes to the skillet and mix well with the onions.

4.Stir in the cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

5.Remove the skillet from heat and let the potato mixture cool slightly.

6.Roll out the puff pastry sheet and line a pie dish with it.

7.Pour the potato mixture into the pie dish and spread it evenly.

8.Cover the pie with another sheet of puff pastry, sealing the edges with a fork.
