Ingredients
In this Swiss adaptation of Kuhani štrukli, the traditional Croatian dish, we incorporate Swiss cheeses like Gruyère and Emmental instead of the original cottage cheese. The pastry is also slightly modified to achieve a flakier texture, reminiscent of Swiss pastries. These changes give the dish a distinct Swiss flavor profile while still maintaining the essence of the original dish. We alse have the original recipe for Kuhani štrukli, so you can check it out.
