1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, eggs, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until a smooth dough forms.

3.Using a round cookie cutter or a glass, cut out circles of dough, approximately 3 inches (7.5cm) in diameter.

4.In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped walnuts, sugar, ground cinnamon, lemon zest, and honey to make the filling.

5.Place a small spoonful of the walnut filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges firmly to seal.
