Ingredients
In this Muhajir-inspired version, we infuse the traditional Norwegian lefserull with Muhajir spices and flavors. The original Norwegian lefserull typically features fillings like smoked salmon, cream cheese, and dill. However, in this adaptation, we use spiced minced meat, onions, and aromatic herbs to create a more robust and flavorful filling. The Muhajir spices add a unique twist to the dish, making it a delightful fusion of two distinct culinary traditions. We alse have the original recipe for Lefserull, so you can check it out.
