Preparation

1.Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

3.Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.

4.Sprinkle the ground cumin, ground coriander, and ground turmeric over the onions and garlic. Stir well to coat the onions with the spices.

5.Add the sliced red bell pepper and julienned carrot to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

6.In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, honey, chili flakes, and salt.
